I went to check my bank account after Christmas to discover that this organisation had made an unauthorised withdrawal from my account of £333.60. I never had a paid service - their premium service, and I definitely did not authorise this transaction. To make things worse when I went onto the website I had not even been granted access to the supposed Premium services.I challenged the unauthorised withdrawal within 2 days of it being made and received an unhelpful response stating that the organisation did not refund subscriptions (even though I had never had a subscription). I then applied further pressure and can confirm that a full refund was provided. While I am relieved to have had the refund the situation should never have arisen in the first place.I would caution you not to have anything to do with this business as my experience is completely unfavourable.
