I have been a part of this program since I started graduate school (2020-) in the hard sciences. Marek and his team have been instrumental in my growth, development, and experience as a health space scientist. Despite the barriers of our fields, the AEN team (Marek, Hayden, Margarita et al.) have transcended time zones and geographic conditions to impart their knowledge on my work, making it suitable for submission to journals and ultimately for my PhD.Often, the feedback I received from other experts in my field mirrored the feedback Marek provided, showcasing his clairvoyance, expertise, and professionalism. This program has given me the confidence and knowledge to pursue my academic ambitions and dreams.As a student who struggled to get feedback from my group due to their time constraints or capacity, this program filled the gaps, helping me push through to the finish line and exceed my requirements. This program truly made a difference in my academic journey.I also believe that even if I had optimal access to feedback and time from others, I would still have missed out on the community, insights, and skills I acquired from AEN.
