Having found myself in a difficult career challenge in January 2024 I approached Academics having working worked alongside their manager Mr Austin in my previous role as Ast Head / INCo. The whole Berkhamsted team were super supportive and equally respectful to the challenge I was at the time facing. At times I relied on the advice from Mr Austin and coupled with frequent supply working matching my area and specialism I regained confidence as a respected, senior leader in my area. Their recruitment process was sensitive to my needs, respectful and also very smooth, this being imperative to me as I was well known within my local education authority. After much support, guidance and advice I was recruited back to a senior role within another school and to this day still remain in close contact with the team at Academics equally I have introduced them as a supplier of staff in my new school.
