I did quite a lot of research into having oral surgery in turkey before taking the plunge. I contacted several surgeries who all wanted to remove all my existing and discoloured but healthy teeth. And replace with an all on 4 or 6 plate. Arcadent took a different route which was more appealing to me, only wanting to remove unhealthy teeth , inserting some implants and a bridge at the front. The remaining teeth would be crowned. Sirin my contact at Arcadent was prompt with her responses to my many questions and at no time was any pressure put on me to commit to them. A price was worked out and after consulting with my partner I gave Arcadent the nod. I arrived for my first visit in June and after an X-ray was told I would need a sinus lift and bone graft. This was carried out that morning along with the insertion of the implant bases. I had a little bruising and swelling but no pain as such. Just a little discomfort. The pain killers I were given were really effective and I was taken back to my hotel. 2 days later I returned to the surgery to check all was healing well and I’m happy to say the dentist was happy with his work. My second visit was in November for 8 days. Again the work carried out was skilful and very professional and I soon was ready for the fitting of my new teeth. Needless to say I am delighted with them and it’s taken years off my face. I would like to thank Sirin for all the organisation and her team of surgeons for the excellent work they carried out on my smile. Any apprehension I had before travelling out to Antalya was quickly dissolved with the skill and care I received. Would I recommend Arcadent ? Yes. 100% I would. The journey has been totally worth it.
