As a high school student, I worked with Natalie Grinblatt to apply to college. I've been working with her since a freshman, and I could not have had a better experience. She is extremely kind, patient, and helpful, and I never had any worries working with her. She is the most wonderful mentor I could've worked with. From extracurriculars to high school classes, she always had the best advice to keep me on track. She even helped me plan out a travel itinerary to visit many of the best colleges in the United States. Four years later, my dreams have come true, and I will attend one of those colleges for the next 4 years - Yale University! Needless to say, I could not have done it without her. She has guided me throughout the entire college process, so I never had any worries or confusion. She helped me with interview prep, my college essays, how to format my Common App... Anything she could've possibly done for me, she did! I was initially set on a draft for my Personal Statement, but she was extremely upfront with me that there were select issues that would hinder my application. My new draft was indeed much better and critical for my application success. I am truly certain that I have become a better person in all aspects thanks to Natalie. I will forever be grateful for her dedication, and my life is forever changed. If I could give her infinity stars, I would, because she is not just a counselor - she is my role model, inspiration, and family.
