I do not know if this is a national company but I contacted Access4Lofts - Sutton Coldfield via their web site. I arranged for them to come & quote me for boarding to a new build loft & to be carried out in a way to not void my warranty. They agreed to come at a time & date of their choosing. Afterwards during a text conversation, I mentioned that I had had another quote. The guy wanted me to send him the quote. I refused for obvious reasons. I received another text from someone called Nathan, (a non replyable text) confirming they were coming as arranged. No one turned up. I called the contact number that they had given me & asked what had happened. A polite lady said that she would make enquiries & get back to me. She never did. I tried sending an email (to their email address from their web site) & it bounced back. I’m glad I never dealt with them I had a lucky escape.
