It took them 6 months to process my return. After waiting on the phone for 36 minutes they hung up on me. They frequently keep you waiting for and hour or more hoping that you hang up. The women are much better with customer service but even then the service does not work well. My original phone and sim card did not work. There is no choice but to wait another hour to speak to someone even when I have a painful flu and need to work early morning. My phone is not working, I cannot contact employers or my current job to call off.
