they have nonexistent to very poor customer service for lifeline. they kept threatening me if i did not use my phone every week or every month. in fact, lifeline is a federal service and the rule is once a month. in fact, the company themselves confirmed it. yet they would not respond when i repeatedly asked them to stop doing saying both, and continuing to threaten me. and now i find that my phone service has expired.
