I have purchase their TAXES plan a week ago and received an email saying that my invoice was there. I have checked it and it was indeed there but it was not correctly booked. So i thought I will book it apart in my excel for the Q4. I have not downloaded it then and thought i would come back after the festivities of the new year and sit together with my admin help to book it. 8 days later (today) I am sitting with my admin help but we do not find the accountable invoice on the expences tab anymore. I contact the support. Laura, she was not a help at all. And she ended up accusing me of deleting the invoice by accident. This is ridiculous. For 434.15 euros I would expect your support to be at the least understanding. Your support is neither supportive nor useful.
