I had questions about the process and was put through to a very arrogant optometrist on the phone who was unwilling to listen to me or answer my questions. He talked over me and hung up when I questioned why they advertise free consultations and yet try to charge a “small fee of only £150” for you to find out if you are suitable for surgery. It is false advertising and they only seemed interested in taking my money. Given they are unable to reconcile the claims of free consultations to in reality charging hundreds of pounds for it - I cancelled my appointment and will go elsewhere to a reputable surgeon and not give these sheisters my £3k!Update the company called me up and aggressively confronted me about my review and have asked both myself and Trust Pilot to take it down. I have no reason to take down the review as it is accurate and I want to warn other customers how bad you are. If you had apologised and were interested in helping your customers I would have been open to that, but that’s not the type of egotistical people you are.
