I was able to book my initial consultation in under a week and the ophthalmologist Natalia was professional, thorough, informative and very friendly. She left no stone unturned in her explanation of the procedure and exactly what to expect and answered all of my questions superbly. I ended up booking the surgery for 10 days later. The surgeons were just as knowledgeable and friendly and again I had no concerns because they kept me informed at every step and I knew exactly what was happening and when. The procedure took under 5 minutes and the care afterwards was friendly and individual. Using a smaller company definitely paid off in the personal care I felt I received.
