In 12 years of use of this program, I bought 3 different license because afther 2/3 years it begin to crash working. Unistall and reinstall, put in the number license, but it say is wrong. For 2 times I said to myself maybe I did something wrong, but asking support writing unusefull, nobody answare. In my opinion they should be investigated and condamned like Samsung and AppleINFRAVIEW it's free and I'll donate to producer the money asked by ACDsystem
