Terrible customer service and ACDSee Photo Studio for Mac wasn’t much better either…I purchased ACDSee 2021 software which didn’t work properly & kept crashing on MacOS Big Sur. As I purchased it just before the 2022 version came out, I enquired about a free upgrade or at least some help towards an upgrade, but they just ignored my questions and sent standard replies. In such circumstances, most decent software companies give a free upgrade or at least a discount towards the new version to keep you as a customer. But they just couldn’t care less.I’m now left with buggy outdated Mac photo software that only had a lifetime of a few months and cost £50. Buyer Beware!
