I got a first time loan. Everything went well. Paid on time. Went to re loan the same day. I was denied.i did not understand why. Called the customer service number. The person I spoke . Thinking I was going to get some answers. Was so rude. Very short. During the experience. I began to get frustrated. The Rep. then tells me to calm down or lower my voice. I told the rep, "it is not your job to tell the customer how they should be or respond". The whole experience was so horrible. The person I believe may the company look so poor in customer service period!
