I bought 2 trellises for $100 at a store 40 minutes from my home since they were the only ones with them in stock. I used 2 rewards. Unfortunately the price was wrong and only one reward showed on the purchase. I contacted corporate customer service right away. Because they haven't addressed my situation I have now had to contact them 3 times. I have been told 3 different things to do. The latest being to go back to the store (extremely inconvenient and expensive) because corporate customer service is powerless to help they now tell me. I have no reason to drive all that way for this resolution. At this point I will load them back up and return them because I want nothing more to do with this company. It is unfortunate for the store owners as they are independent owners. And the sales staff has been good to great at each store I've dealt with. That is the only reason for 2 stars. What a shame. I'm trying to support small businesses and their own leadership is damaging their franchisees.
