We called for a plumber/heating engineer to do our annual service at Christmas time and were delighted to find Ace Energy could schedule us immediately at this busy time. They sent Liam who serviced the boiler and looked at the system as a whole. He found an installation fault the original plumber made and suggested a way to repair it to bring us up to building regs easily and at a reasonable cost. The toilet was also leaking and Ace provided another plumber to repair the seal. Jack came the next day and did the job quickly and efficiently. When a small leak developed afterwards, he returned immediately and repaired the problem. Now the heating system and the toilet are working properly and well, and we have found two competent and pleasant plumbers at a very reasonable price who can be counted on to arrive on time and to go the extra mile. We have some electrical work that we plan to do, and we will certainly call Ace for that work as well. And a special thanks to the office staff who are knowledgeable, helpful, and cheerful into the bargain. Altogether a super experience!
