SCAM!agreed this is a scam, we posted a car for sale on marketplace & within minutes had a STEVE ALLEN contact us offering just under the full amount and wanting to see it the next day if we provided a report. Quite pushy when we said no... Glad we looked further and found the reviews here anyway. As others have said, he has a locked profile, no information and was pushing for us to provide the report and promised to pay the £47 back once he bought the vehicle.....Don't fall for it!!
