Even though I ordered directly from their website, the app provided no clarity, simply stating the item was 'on the way'—what does that even mean? I reached out to customer service via email for an update. Their response was less than reassuring, apologizing for a delay due to logistical issues and asking for more patience. This situation feels odd, especially since I inquired about the status on the same date it was supposed to ship. I had purchased this item to replace my existing laptop for a system upgrade, and now I'm left wondering about the reliability of their service.
