When we ordered, their online questionnaire form is brilliant, and they followed up with a couple of questions about our specific access. The guys on the day of delivery were brilliant. Even in the pouring rain, they completed the whole job in 1h20, and answered all our questions on how to best look after the wood. Have already recommended to several people!
