Our GCH boiler was replaced 14 years ago and we had everything cleaned and flushed at the time. Over last winter we noticed the heating was underperforming and a couple of rad valves needed renewing, so we sought expert advice. Paul arrived nicely on time to have a good look at things and discuss the options to power flush and replace valves etc. Given the age of the boiler, it was decided to take the cover off to be confident it would still be fully usable for the future and there were the telltale signs of corrosion and signs of small leaks found. Paul was clear and honest about our options and we opted to completely flush the system and replace the boiler along with the other works. Their detailed quote arrived same day and the engineer arrived just after 8:00 a.m. as promised early the next week. Work progressed well but there were unexpected problems due to a surprise blockage and airlocks when refilling. These took some time and extra bits to fix, but the engineer was competent and polite, explaining everything and he made certain it was all fully working before finally leaving somewhat later than expected.Despite all this, there was no increased cost for all his work and Paul ensured all the guarantee documents were filed and registered with the boiler manufacturer next day.All in All, excellent service
