The "CONSULTANT" for ACHIEVE non financial company for FDR, was rude and told me he was trying to help someone as confused as me understand about the program. Then as it results, after much bantering from him, I was finally allowed to speak and asked him if what I said was correct, and he agreed what I said was correct. The double talk he was doing was uncalled for and a waste and I stopped him mid sentence to tell him it was uncalled for the way he was talking to me saying over and over that I was confused. This FDR company takes the money up front to pay their fees to negotiate, then they start payment on your actual account, months later. So, although there was a negotiation to settle for less, than I owed, that amount I paid them to negotiate made the balance the same as the original amount. So, reconsider choosing to work with a Debt Relief company that has rude consultants who double talk and enjoy hearing their self on the so-called recording. FDR, needs to do an audit of their customer relations department. Rude customer service or consultants doesn't work for me. I have worked in customer service and I never insulted the customer, no matter what.
