Alex was excellent he helped me with my humidifier helped me factory rest and troubleshooting. Taught me something new and got even more in depth with the setting to try and figure out what was going on unfortunately it was a product issue or I’m sure he would have helped fix it…he definitely deserves a RAISE !!
