Disappointing Experience

I rarely write reviews, and I doubt this will help others see the reality, but this company has been a letdown, and their customer service is appalling. It feels like they might be using bots or employees to generate positive feedback and working with influencers who only share favorable views about their subpar products. I have various pieces of their equipment across multiple rooms, and they consistently show different readings. For example, two controllers placed in the same room display different temperatures. Even after testing them in a controlled box, the discrepancies persist across several units. Their gear is not accurate. Customer service has been utterly frustrating. I have a power bank that shorts out when moved while plugged in. When I contacted customer service, they insisted on video proof of the issue. What kind of company requests video evidence from a customer with a malfunctioning product? I'll comply, but it feels disrespectful. You buy a product, it fails, and the company doubts your experience, making you jump through hoops for assistance. Customer service has been dreadful. I've paid a premium for expedited shipping multiple times, yet my orders arrive over five days late. Just yesterday, I reached out about an order placed a week ago with two-day shipping. The representative blamed me for ordering on a weekend without checking their hours, which are closed then. Instead of offering a solution like a refund, he suggested canceling the order and insisted I should verify business hours when ordering online. This is not proper customer service. If you’re considering spending money with this company, I recommend looking elsewhere where you can receive better support. Their equipment seems only suitable for single setups, so you might not notice the inconsistencies in readings. This company has permanently lost my business, and they really need to stop paying for fake reviews. It's all just inflated hype, I assure you!
