It seems like they might be using bots or employees to generate positive reviews and collaborating with content creators who only share favorable opinions about their subpar products. I own several of their devices for different setups, and the inconsistency in readings is frustrating. For example, two controllers placed side by side show different temperatures. Even testing them in a controlled environment doesn’t resolve the discrepancies. Their gear lacks accuracy. Customer service has been completely inadequate. My power bank shorts out when moved while plugged in. When I reported this, they asked for video proof of the issue. What kind of company asks for video evidence from a customer experiencing a malfunction? I'll provide it, but it feels disrespectful. You purchase a product, it fails, and the company doubts your word, making you jump through hoops for support. Customer service has been frustrating. I’ve paid significantly for expedited shipping multiple times, yet my orders arrive over five days late. Just yesterday, I contacted support about an order I placed a week ago with two-day shipping. The representative claimed it was my fault for ordering on the weekend without checking their hours, which are closed then. Instead of offering a solution like a refund, he suggested canceling the order and insisted I should verify business hours before ordering online. This is not how customer service should function. If you plan on spending money with this company, consider purchasing from a different platform where you can benefit from better customer service. Their equipment seems only suitable for individual setups, so you won't notice the inconsistencies in readings. This company has lost my business permanently, and they need to stop incentivizing fake reviews. It's all just exaggerated hype, I assure you!
