So I chatted with Trevor and he was able to help me out and backtrack a bit to figure out a warranty replacement from the Gen 1 to the Gen 2 humidifier, as I noticed the gen 2 was out preforming the gen 1.(I had bought 2 incase one ever crapped out on me) He provided me with a list of the upgrades and told me I should have an email by the end of the day. I don't know what you want to call it but that is Stellar customer support!!You guys have always helped me and I always buy directly from ACI and will continue to buy direct.
