Despite providing all valid medical documents including a biopsy report, my hospitalization claim was rejected citing vague ‘waiting period’ reasons — without clearly listing the illness or showing where it is excluded in the policy.There has been a clear lack of empathy and transparency in the claim settlement process. Insurance is meant to support policyholders in tough times — not abandon them due to technicalities.Would NOT recommend Acko to anyone looking for reliable health coverage. I am now forced to escalate the matter to IRDAI and the Insurance Ombudsman.”
