Beware of Acko’s Misleading NCB – A Scam in Plain Sight!I’m writing this review to warn fellow car owners about the deceptive practices being followed by Acko General Insurance.Acko is misleading customers by showing a 50% No Claim Bonus (NCB) for a 3-year-old car—which is factually incorrect as per standard insurance norms. This false display of NCB tricks customers into thinking they’re getting a lower premium. But in reality, it’s a fraudulent practice that can lead to serious legal issues during claim settlements.I brought this issue to Acko's attention, shared proof with screenshots, and even explained the bug in their system to their customer service executive. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or showing any gratitude, the representative was rude, dismissive, and outright unhelpful.I have now raised this matter with IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) because such tactics are not just unethical—they're dangerous. Misleading NCB figures to lure innocent customers is nothing short of a scam.If you’re considering Acko for your insurance needs, think twice.
