People: overall pretty good to deal with. Product: Roller blinds are fantastic, beautiful to look at, and well made. But Roman blinds - not good, despite sending the faulty materials back twice, we're unhappy with the result. Installer did the best he could, but the materials were badly assembled in the first (and second) place. We got fed up with the process in the end, and now making use of strategically placed flowers to disguise the faults pending sourcing from another supplier.
