I have had a terrible experience with Acme blinds. We bought pleated blinds over 1 year ago, priced 2000 as it was for large window. In that time they have broke 7 times and one blind spent 6 months getting repaired. It was back up one month and has broken again. I have been chasing for a refund with no luck or even any call back from the company. Absolutely disgraceful and the blinds are currently lying broke on my floor
