I rented a property (63 Merebank Liverpool L171AE) through Acom. The tenancy has lost me my job, mental health and considerable time given the management company Xenia and Acom not getting the issues addressed i.e. missing front door, sewerage, continuous noise from roof and unlocked roof access gates, cannabis farm next door etc.The property was previously an issue for the tenant previous tenants and remains so now, BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT WHERE YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE OUT A TENANCY AND WHOM YOU TRUST TO BE THE AGENT AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY.Would I trust Acom going forward given experience, NO. They have and will re-advertise this flat im sure. The issue is the building, ACOM shouldn't be advertising this property nor managing the tenancy. Nobody should whilst issue repeat here at Merebank.I have no issue with Simon or the staff, I just cant review any higher given this building shouldn't be advertised, thereafter a tenant within the flat.
