*edit* Even the reply by the company is lazy. They don't address the actual issues, only try to palm it off as 'uh we don't know who you are'. I'd rather not provide my name to time wasters like this as they know my review is truthful, they know they don't respond to people and waste their time, and they know their so called secretary never gets anyone to call them back. Their response just validates the negative review even further. **Waste of time company. Never have any answers to any question. Don't call you back. Don't respond to emails. Secretary who does nothing but say 'uh I don't know I'm just the secretary'. Let's be real, you don't have a secretary. You pay some outsource place to take your calls so you can pretend to be busy while you scam landlords and tenants for their money. Just further proof that private landlording should be banned outright so these vulture services are done away with.
