The installer came on the day advised, and worked hard for nearly 12 hours to complete the installation, but we did not receive adequate advise on the use of the stairlift, and it seemingly does not charge, as it should, on the top discharge point, besides there's another problem at the lower charging point...I have contacted Acorn by mail several times to get the problem fixed, but have so far, now 2 weeks later, not received any response...
