I never received my item. I sent an email only for the company to tell me the item was unavailable and telling me to choose another item; which I did. I waited and never received the second item. I emailed the company only to be told again this item was unavailable, mind you they earlier sent an email telling me the item was confirmed and being processed. I waited again and nothing came. I emailed them and same reaponse telling me the item is unavailable and to choose a third item. I told them I want a full refund. They emailed back to say I can choose another item at 30% off. I denounced this and demanded my full money back. They said they will send my refund soon. I emailed them back and told them this is unacceptable I need a time period to get the refund. They then said it will take 10-20 days. This will take me to January. I placed my order October 8, 2025. I still have not received my refund. I emailed them again with my demand. They said they would send it immediately. I am still waiting. This company is a fraud. People, please do not order anything from this company it is a scam and should be eradicated.
