Recently, I ordered several outfits from Acorpstyle to celebrate my birthday. I was really excited when the package arrived, but unfortunately, the quality and fit of the items didn't meet my expectations. I reached out to the company to initiate a return, but they suggested that I keep the items and give them as gifts instead. Given that I spent $157.00, I decided to pursue a return. I was provided with a first-class USPS return label through PayPal and shipped the items back. However, the company claimed they never received the return, which has complicated my PayPal account since I haven’t received a refund.Fortunately, my bank was able to step in and issue a refund. However, the situation with PayPal remains unresolved because Acorpstyle has not processed the refund back to them. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied.In the future, I would recommend shopping with companies like Shein and Temu. They offer better customer service and are more proactive in resolving issues.
