The product sound panels are high quality - but are very expensive. The entry level 4X8 panels are in the mid $250. The better panels are over $400 each. While applications vary - this is a very expensive solution for a 12X20 studio. I purchased the lower quality lower cost panels and while the sound absorption is improved- it certainly wasn’t worth the $3k I spent. The better panels would have cost me over $6k. Not sure it would have made a difference.
I have been using their acoustical panels for a long time. I needed to install additional panels in my music room. Product is excellent; well made, aesthically pleasing, absorbs sound, and the service is good. Panel is well protected for shipping. Web site is educational. I was able to build my own panels with the information on their web site.
No instructions on using the fastener noise reduction grommets When I inquired about using the noise control pad, I was told to change my design to a vertical attachment even though my application is a horizontal attachment to concrete ( Oneida Turbo supercell installation )
