I will update this review if the issue gets resolved. It feels like this program might be misleading. I purchased the introductory program to evaluate it before committing to the higher-priced option suggested by the sales representative. However, I can't access any of the content I paid for; all I see are additional expensive courses that require further payment. If this is what the higher-tier course entails, then it seems deceptive. I'm hoping for a resolution, and I will gladly revise my review. So far, I've reached out to the support team but haven't received a reply. I will provide an update if anything changes.
