I contacted them to order a lever clamp for my GXP Ball head, and let me know they would service the broken screw clamp of if I just sent it. I ordered the lever clamp anyway, and they sent it as well repairing the screw clamp which I now have as a back up. Really nice company with great customer service, plus a fantastic product! My GXP is better than new.
