I attended a black tie event with high expectations after a recommendation, but I'm sad to say it didn't go well. While the venue was beautiful and the food enjoyable, I was seated at an unsuitable table with much older attendees. After the event, I reached out to express my concerns, but the team's response felt defensive and lacking empathy. This led to poor communication, making for an expensive and disappointing experience. I won't be returning.
