I attended a black tie event at a venue I had high hopes for, based on a recommendation. While the location was beautiful and the food enjoyable, my experience was negatively impacted by being seated at an unsuitable table with much older individuals. After the event, I contacted the support team to share my concerns, but felt overlooked during the busy night, with no one checking on my experience. Unfortunately, their response was defensive and lacked empathy, failing to adequately address their mistake. This led to frustrating communication. Overall, it was an expensive evening that left me disappointed, and I won't be returning.
