It is a very effective training tool. I have only used it for one session so far, but could see immediate results.I had to wait a little from the time of ordering to shipping but was kept up-to-date with the expected time line for delivery. Unfortunately unable to track delivery once it departed from Czech Republic. I am very happy with the product.
