Waited 8hours for the engineer to arrive. When he didn’t arrive I phone up for the 3rd time and was told the engineer decided not to attend the property as there wasn’t a phone number against the job!!!!! Absolute shocking way of working. The engineer has the full address and postcode why would he not come to the address!!!! Been 5 weeks waiting on this meter with no heating with young children in the house and because the engineer decided he couldn’t be bothered doing it I have to go with out heating again.!!!!!!!!
