This company does work for Scottish Power. Two awful firms in bed together, who play the blame game on each other with you stuck in the middle. Neither willing to admit who got it wrong. In the last week or so Actavo have tried to cancel their engineer visit, then sent someone who was not qualified to do the job. Not a good idea when you are dealing with electricity. They have cut us off, been rude, been aggressive, refused to provide their details when we wished to complain and generally been as unhelpful as possible. If you are chosing a supplier that uses this firm, AVOID. To put this into context, think Open Reach - but worse.
