ACT Fibernet is the most irresponsible ISP I’ve dealt with.I raised a complaint on 6th June 2025 (Ticket No: 101754961351) to return the 4K HD box. They finally collected it on 3rd July 2025. As per their policy, refund should be processed within 7 working days. But even after 40+ days, I got my refund only on 14th July 2025 — after calling them 6 times, mailing, and even posting on social media.No compensation, no courtesy, no accountability. If customers delay payment, ACT adds penalties — but when they delay refunds, they just ignore you. They held my money all these days — if it were in a bank, I'd have earned interest. Instead, I got zero in return and only mental frustration.ACT Fibernet = fast internet, but ZERO customer care, ZERO empathy.
