Been a ACT customer since lockdown. Last 4 months faced constant connection issues. They took a look at junction box, changed my router nothing resolved it. I recently paid for the 6 month plan and now that I want to disconnect they saying they will not give refund as it's their terms and conditions 😂. Seriously a very non etichal company.
1. Refrain from doing 6 mth or 12 mth recharge as there is NO refund if you disconnect
2. Call center agent will promise you the world don't fall for it. Remember they will not disclose their T&C it's your responsibility to read it.
3. Agents don't care if you have connection or not their job is only to raise ticket. Which a BOT can do as well.
4. Avoid taking this connection you will regret it as their consumer base has increased and they cannot service everyone
