Since joining I've underwritten two huge deals that have been a massive learning experiences - helped me gain a lot of confidence. Along side those deals I have had a full support team behind me (looking at underwriting, sending me contacts, shark-tank style pitching, 1:1 coaching, capital raising decks, etc.). This is my favorite part about AAC - the people. Sound corny? Well you'll get it once you join. These people are phenomenal.
