I have ordered in the past (2021) with no problem. Prompt, good condition etc. so when I placed a second order I was confident. Now, it’s been 6 weeks and my shipment is still untraceable. I have emailed them many times with a confirmation number and no one has has the courtesy to even respond.I have no choice but to contact visa and reverse the charges.I sincerely hope that nothing bad has happened to the owners of this store.
