I have had lower chronic pack pain for 4o years and was on medication for 20 of them then I discovered actipatch one Christmas when I was troubling with spasms. Saw it on line as a free trial which you couldn’t switch off just paid for postage and ime so glad I discovered it. I wore it all week night and day and only took it off when showering and I can say it worked for me. I bought another one that lasts longer and wore it whenever I had pain. I came off all my medication which made me ill and just rely on the Actipach. I’ve worn it on and off when I have pain for over twenty years and recommended it to other people. I wouldn’t be with out it and a spare one.It saddens me when I read that people think that these reviews for it are fake or spam as I wouldn’t be without mine.
