Don’t normally write reviews but felt I had to let people know of my experience. I have had a hip replacement and three spinal surgeries and used actipatch for years. It is my saviour along with a heat pack and not sitting too long. With this combination and advice from a pain clinic I manage my chronic pain very well without the need for strong pain killers. Finding the correct spot to place it is crucial. To the reviewer who said they can’t feel it - your not meant too - it’s worth researching the technology. My husband who was sceptical now has chronic knee pain. He depends on it heavily 24hrs a day. Don’t expect complete pain relief it takes the edge off and lowers the pain levels. Give it a good go as it can take a while to kick in.
