From the first enquiry through to installation the service delivered was absolutely faultless. The team offered product advice and guidance based on the age of my child and were able to offer design adaptations to meet my very demanding requirements! Delivery was on time and easy to track and the 21 packages that made up our delivery served as a good reminder as to why I elected for the full installation service - by the time I would have unpacked all the parcels Henri was already half way to building our climbing frame. I can honestly say that watching Henri install was a work of art and he didn’t stop for the whole time he was with us.
