Within a month of expiry of an existing policy they enquire, without being pushy, if they can find you a replacement policy. This is a real bonus as often its easy to forget renewal dates in general. Each year they have found a replacement Health cover insurance that bettered the previous, not just on price, but also on the details of the cover.
